New Teaser Release!!!

Before I Say My Vows

Jake gave me five minutes, but I only needed three to bathe myself three times. The thought of him between my legs giving me release eclipsed all the others. Even the thought of what he’d done to me. Getting out of the shower with a towel wrapped around me, I made my way back into the room. The sight of Jake fully dressed, sitting at the edge of the bed with his hands together as if praying, stopped me in my tracks. Confused, I didn’t know whether to approach him and fall to my knees or lie on the bed and spread my legs.

“Is everything okay?” I asked softly, trying to sound as docile as I could.

“Drop the towel,” he said. Hesitantly, I did as I was told. My body shivered as the air circulated in the room. Much colder than I remembered. Jake’s hands dropped from his face, and I could see his eyes slowly making their way up my body. He stood in front of me and grabbed hold of my hips again, pulling me closer to him. Leaning in, I closed my eyes as his stubble rubbed against my face and his lips brushed my ear. A powerful sensation between my legs shot through my core. I moaned as his warm breath sent shivers down my spine.

“Meet me downstairs sweetheart.” With that, he left me heated and confused. Jake was up to something. Teasing me like he used to, making me ooze from his touch. I grabbed my robe and went downstairs to find Jake sitting at the island with his computer open and a stack of papers laid out. I approached him but remained a couple of feet away. He swiveled around in the bar stool and pulled me between his legs. Grabbing my hips, he trailed his finger down my neck, then to the opening of my housecoat. I closed my eyes and allowed his touch to travel through the rest of my body.

“What are your plans for the day?” He asked.

“Mmm… the gym, then meeting with your mom,” I responded absentmindedly.

“Cancel it,” he replied. I opened my mouth to respond right before he slapped me. The wind took the scream from my throat when I fell against the edge of the island, hitting my wrist on the way down. My housecoat open and body exposed, I kept my eyes on Jake who rose from his seat. The sharp stabbing pain in my arm didn’t allow me to get up as fast as my mind said to. He moved at a steady pace, his breathing controlled and jaws clenched tight. The look in his dark grey eyes seemed dead and so far from reality. I called out his name calmly, as I slid backward on the marble floor. He didn’t respond and his eyes bore into me like my words were the last thing he wanted to hear. I thought about kicking at him, but instantly remember the last times I fought back. When Jake reached me, my pleas didn’t matter anymore. He grabbed me by the arm sending waves of pain back to my wrist and pulled me to the front door. I cried out, looking him in his eyes, pleading with him, begging him to stop, asking him for forgiveness for whatever I’d done. His face and his entire persona had transformed into what I grew to know all too well. The tenderness he showed me last night and all morning was nothing but a facade.
