For well over three years, I have thought about blogging. I remember doing the research at least twice a year, trying to convince myself it was something I should do. Why? Well, I “heard” that I could make “good” money from blogging. At the time, my family and I needed the extra cash. I mean, who doesn’t need a little extra money here and there?
Each time I thought about blogging though, I never felt convinced or motivated enough to do it. For one, I read it could be quite time-consuming. I don’t like doing anything that could take up pretty much most of my time. Especially if I’m not interested in it. That was exactly how I viewed blogging. Two, I also read that it took more time to acquire a following. Oh yeah, let’s not forget the fact that I had nothing remotely interesting to write about.
But guess what? A year later, here I am creating a site and including a blog page. Something I so desperately wanted to stay away from. I know many of you are probably wondering why I’m doing it. Well, the simple fact is so that I can introduce myself. Who I am as a person. My thoughts. My ideas. Upcoming work. But not only that though. I also have so many questions that I feel I cannot answer alone. Mostly about things I am sure many of you have experienced just as I have. I’ve asked myself, “Who am I,” “Why do I act this way,” “Why did that happen to her, to them, to me.” I cannot say that I’ve entirely answered those questions or any of the others that have crossed my mind. Sometimes I find it difficult to do so. Maybe some of you do as well. However, I don’t find it challenging to write about. Much of my writing is filled with experiences I can relate to. But in those places, I can answer every question that comes to mind.
So, I genuinely think this is the main reason I have decided to add a blogging page. To be able to communicate with each of you about our experiences. Whether they be strengths, loss, hope, pain, love, suffering, fear or happiness. Because each of us feels these things. And maybe many of us are similar, and just decide not to talk about them.

Hi there! No worries. I also use WordPress. However, I use it through Bluehost. The plan that I have includes some security measures. So, that’s really helpful. Are you using WordPress directly through them rather then a third party? Are their any security measures involved that you know of?
